With successful implementation of complex projects, he has acquired skills and experience in building high performing teams, specifying and implementing bespoke IT. As an operational manager in production and engineering he has developed and launched new products and facilities, as well as leading ongoing process improvement. Commercially astute, Richard has developed and launched a multi-million pound sales and fulfilment business in which he was responsible for the P&L.
